Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders. No additional handling charges.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No extra charges for COD orders.
Order Confirmation & Processing
- All orders are confirmed via a phone call or SMS before dispatch.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
If you do not receive a confirmation call or tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.
Shipping & Delivery Time
- After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote areas may require additional time.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your order in real time.
Please note that delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods.

We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you promptly.
